These bands are composed of individuals from eastern Europe, which former members of the army of their respective countries. For this reason they can easily bypass the media who have hired security firms or families who are suppliers of copper or, in the case of families, have high value items.

Our opinion on the subject is that the EU should not miss so easily to these individuals that in some cases have a criminal record in your country or are ex-convicts. The way to achieve that is through a greater number of border controls and to distinguish selective, not across the border leaving the people without papers or with criminal records in their countries of origin.
